I'm Alessandra da Silva, a freelance illustrator and 2D frame-by-frame animator based in sunny San Diego. Inspired by the vibrant colors and folk art of my hometown in the Northeast of Brazil, I love to create my work through a bright and playful lens. The lively aesthetics of my hometown weren't just something I admired-they became part of me. This early exposure to a colorful and eclectic visual language would later serve as the foundation of my artistic identity.

Ultimately, I want to convey a sense of respect and appreciation for the beauty of paying attention, inviting viewers to find that same joy in the often overlooked. I love working on projects that highlight this attention to detail, and convey a fresh and new perspective to the viewers.
