Matt Fischer is the founder and creative director of Provoke Creative, an award-winning design studio based in Phoenix, Arizona. With nearly two decades of experience in branding, print, and digital design, Matt is known for crafting bold, emotionally charged creative that doesn’t just look good—it moves people.

Since launching Provoke Creative in 2007, Matt has led with a philosophy of “crafted with intent,” emphasizing grit over gloss and collaboration over ego. His approach has helped brands cut through the noise with design that’s both strategic and soul-filled.

Matt’s work has been recognized nationally and locally. He has been nominated for Creative Person of the Year by the American Advertising Federation and, alongside the creative teams he’s led, has taken home over 65 ADDY Awardsthroughout his career.
